Carers In Mind Ltd is looking for a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to provide support to our patients and their families. We are looking for someone who is dependable, punctual, and caring. Our ideal candidate is someone who has experience in healthcare or some other related fields.
Duties include but are not limited to:
You will support clients with all aspects of daily living, which will include personal care, respiratory care, therapies and medication administration.
· Provide support in social activities and interests.
· Accompany service user on hospital and other therapeutic appointments.
· Encourage and support service users in Socialising and maintaining friendships and relationships within the community
· Supporting service users in increasing independence and autonomy.
· Supporting and enabling service users to identify and achieve goals.
· Assist with domestic duties including daily food preparation.
Applicants must have clear written and verbal communication skills, be friendly and upbeat with a great sense of humor.
Excellent people skills are a must, this combined with the ability to engage and encourage clients to thrive.

Qualifications:
·Level 2/3 Diploma is Health and Social Care but required but essential.
·Must be able to pass DBS check.
·Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
·Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
·Must be able to work independently without much supervision
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 36 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: £11.00-£15.00 per hour
