Vacancy Description
- Being a day-to-day point of contact for multiple key clients, ensuring a consistent high level of service.
- Supporting with the development and delivery of marketing strategies and creative campaigns, liaising with other internal departments to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.
- Liaising with and building relationships with external suppliers when required e.g. communicating content writing requirements, sourcing promotional items etc.
- Ad-hoc support with website projects, supporting the web development team with content upload and testing.
- Working alongside social media, SEO and PPC departments to produce client monthly reports.
- Carrying out market research and other relevant information to help develop marketing plans.
Essential experience:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional organisational and project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience working within popular email marketing software, such as Mailchimp and HubSpot.
- Able to multitask and manage a number of projects at once
- Self-motivated taking the initiative to grow

Desired qualifications and skills
- English & Maths, C grades (new grade 4) or above
- Minimum of 1 year experience within a marketing / creative agency or similar
- Experience working with Wordpress websites
- An understanding of HTML coding
- Excellent communicator & planner
- Good telephone manner
Initially office-based IN IPSWICH but potential for remote working.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £12.00-£12.50 per hour
