The Role:
At Bukmedia, we do marketing campaigns for a diverse range of clients, from startups to 8-figure enterprises in traditional and more niche industries.

All our Account Managers are provided with full training and support with the goal to be trusted with your own client base and it’ll be your job to organise their projects, from start to finish. That includes:
- Jumping on calls and Slack with clients to discuss projects and strategy
- Assigning out projects and deadlines to our team of writers and designers
- Communicating with fellow account managers, copywriters, designers, and the leadership team to ensure projects get completed to the highest standard.
- Integrating with various platforms such as ClickFunnels, Zapier, WebinarJam and others (Full training will be included but we are also looking for problem solvers as we constantly come across new platforms without pre-established training or SOPs)
- Data Input and spreadsheet creation to help track our client’s results.
The Requirements:
A basic understanding of digital marketing/funnels and experience/qualifications is preferred but not required.
First and foremost, we hire on personality. We are willing to provide full training on every aspect of the role, as long as you’re willing to proactively learn and implement what you’re being taught.
However, you must be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (you will be required to communicate with clients through a variety of mediums)
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment when needed (In busier periods clients may have firm deadlines to hit and you’ll need to figure out creative ways to hit them)
- The ability to multitask (You will be working on multiple projects at the same time, being able to multitask is key)
- Think outside the box (No one size fits all, and creative problem solving is the name of the game here)
- Have FUN! (Clients stay for the experience they receive, have fun with them while keeping their projects on track)
- Team player (You integrate well with the current team and assist them with their projects while they assist you with yours, teamwork is important!)
