Junior Account Manager required for our client. They are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Graduate who is excited by technology and selling world class technical products into a dynamic and fast-growing market. Focussing on supporting existing customers and developing new business across the UK, the successful candidate will join a small, dynamic team, reporting directly into the managing director. Based in the East Midlands, you will be required to work from an office in Nottingham. Occasionally you will need to visit customers throughout the UK and attend events both in the UK and in Europe. Junior Account Manager Position Overview Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Provide support to the existing sales team, dealing with assigned tasks in a prompt and efficient manner Handling sales enquiries, advising customers and recommending products Attending and manning stands at business exhibitions Support with automated marketing, Identify and develop new sales opportunities Promoting online training program to upskill customer accounts Preparing quotes and driving conversion through to final orders As your experience increases, provide customer support and technical advice to customers as required Meet monthly and annual sales targets Managing customer records through Salesforce CRM system Junior Account Manager Position Requirements Any experience with technology, IT, or electrics a bonus. Experience of working in a B2B or direct sales market.
