Objectives of this Role:
- Proactively manage a shared portfolio of commercial clients. You will work with small to medium-sized business clients delivering excellent service and building strong relationships.
- You will manage client expectations to ensure they understand processes and timescales.
- Secure required information and documentation about client properties to maximise potential client-saving opportunities. You will ensure Altus Group has collected and entered the required documentation about clients to successfully deliver a full service.
- Build rapport with clients to identify opportunities to grow your portfolio and cross-sell other Altus Group services, where appropriate.
