Altus Group has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Account Manager to join our growing Client Services team in Manchester.

You will be coached on managing a portfolio of business clients and effectively gathering useful information.

Objectives of this Role:

Proactively manage a shared portfolio of commercial clients. You will work with small to medium-sized business clients delivering excellent service and building strong relationships.
You will manage client expectations to ensure they understand processes and timescales.
Secure required information and documentation about client properties to maximise potential client-saving opportunities. You will ensure Altus Group has collected and entered the required documentation about clients to successfully deliver a full service.
Build rapport with clients to identify opportunities to grow your portfolio and cross-sell other Altus Group services, where appropriate.
