An opportunity has arisen at Hamlingtons Fine Jewellery, to be part of our Jewellery Sales Team at our store in Warwick.
Hamlingtons Fine Jewellery is a leading independent jeweller specialising in diamonds and precious stone jewellery and bespoke design, having built our reputation over 25 years as a family jeweller, providing the highest level of customer service.

Your Role:
This is a Sales Position, so you will be a key member in obtaining sales, generating leads and achieving the stores targets. It’s imperative that you are confident, quick thinker and experienced within the Jewellery business.
You will become the face of our store and the first point of contact for our clients so we want you to be able to take charge and ensure the highest levels of customer service for our clients.
You will ensure your clients are welcomed and made to feel comfortable when visiting. Nothing is too much trouble and our reputation has been built on our strong customer focus.
Presentation of the store is very important to us. You will be responsible for the overall setup of the windows, ensuring they are consistent with our marketing strategy and talking to our potential customers.
You will need to have a keen eye for detail and ensure the store, in and out, is clean and presentable for your clients. Being the best on the high street is a demanding role.
We are keen that you are organised and prepared for each day, as some are more challenging then others, but rewarding all the same.
You will need to be savvy with your paperwork and ensure all your admin duties have been done to ensure a smooth process for our customers.
We have an exciting addition to our business, a place we are able to hold events specialised towards Jewellery called The Diamond Lounge. This will become an addition to the role and an area to earn commission.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £9.00-£11.00 per hour
