The Lake Vyrnwy Hotel & Spa do things a little different, we are a big believer in work life balance, that is why we ensure you never work past your agreed hours.

You will receive £9.50 per hour, PLUS a share of tips, giving you the opportunity to earn more through your excellent customer service.

Full Time hours are on offer - Ideally you will be flexible to work a mixture of weekends and weekdays doing morning, afternoon and evening shifts, however, we understand you may have personal commitments, so will offer flexibility where possible.

Your role will be varied as you will be assisting our guests to ensure they have a comfortable and satisfied stay, you will support guests with local knowledge, administrative duties including invoicing, banking and cancellations in line with our company policy, along with managing our busy email inbox, telephone and in-person enquiries.

You do not need previous experience as you will be given training on all there is to know on how to deliver a world-class service. Your personality is what makes our guest experience truly unique, and it is one of the most important things we look out for as well as punctuality and professionalism.

Lake Vyrnwy Hotel & Spa is a 4 Star Country House situated alongside the Snowdonia National Park. We are overlooking the iconic Lake Vyrnwy and forms part of the 24,000-acre RSPB reserve attracting visitors from all over the world who come to simply relax or to sample a wide variety of outdoor activities.

Please note, due to the remoteness, you will need consider travelling to and from our hotel. The nearest locations in easy commute are Llanfyllin, Welshpool and Oswestry. We also offer shared live-in accommodation for full time staff, at a rate of £60.90 per week, per person. Including 3 meals a day, and no energy costs!
