Perm OTE: £52,000 PA

Ongoing Agency Rate: Agency Rate equivalent to £15.97ph* PAYE

JCB & Brit European require an experienced HGV Class One Driver based in the Derby area – this is permanent work or long term ongoing.

With guaranteed work all year round, you will be based out of JCB world headquarters in Rocester.

Your Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• Nights between 1200-1400 start

Your job:

• Delivery of plant machinery from factory to UK ports
• Driving a modern range of vehicles and low loader/transporter trailers
• Previous experience beneficial, though not necessary as full training will be given
• Normally a run from Rocester to Southampton & back however this can change

What we need from you:

• HGV Class One Licence
• In Date CPC & Digi
• No more than 6 points, no IN, DD or DR penalty codes.
• HGV Class One Experience Required: 2 Years
• A good level of physical fitness. The job is exerting and involves working at height.

• Based on a 10-hour day our £15.97ph pay is broken down by: Monday to Friday £14.57ph, Meal Allowance £5.00 per day, plus £20 per day bonus.

We also pay £15.69ph for any overtime worked on Saturday/Sunday/Bank Holiday this would be additional to the average breakdown.
