What you’ll do
- Disinfect touch-points and wipe surfaces
- Ensure restrooms and terminals are clean including furniture, glass, and outside cleaning
- Respond to janitorial emergencies
- Provide basic floor care tasks such as vacuuming, daily carpet spotting, sweeping and mopping
- Confirm all equipment is in good and safe working condition
- Dust, empty trash, stock restrooms, clean walls, windows and countertops
- Communicate with supervisors about inventory needs
The Benefits
SEIU benefits include medical, dental, paid time off, paid sick days, and paid holidays. Employees must complete 1040 hours of work and maintain 120 hours a month to be benefits eligible.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to write and read simple instructions and short correspondence
- The ability to pass a criminal background check
- Walk and stand for long periods of time
- Perform work that includes lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, bending, and pulling
- Speak and understand basic English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and independent decision-making
COVID Vaccination Requirements
Where permitted by applicable law, you must be fully vaccinated or exempted by an approved medical or religious exemption request by your start date (first day reporting to work) to be considered for employment. If you're covered by a medical or religious exemption, please ask for the appropriate exception form during your interview process. Fully vaccinated is defined by two weeks following an initial 2-dose (Pfizer(BioNTech)/Moderna) or 1-dose (Janssen-Johnson & Johnson) administered vaccine. Vaccines administered outside of the United States must fall under the WHO (World Health Organization) - COVID19 Vaccine Tracker.
