Welcome to Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust. An exciting opportunity has risen to join the compassionate Community Continence service within the Out of Hospital Service, covering the City of Coventry and surrounding areas. Our service is based at Paybody Building near the city centre. You will be working alongside a highly skilled workforce including a Continence Clinical Nurse Specialist, Continence Sisters, and other experienced Registered Nurses and Health Care Assistants.
We are looking for an highly motivated Health Care assistant who has a passion for caring for patients with bladder, bowel and pelvic floor dysfunction. Our service provides a range of Clinic, video, telephone and home patient contacts. All members of our team actively participate with ongoing service improvement and quality improvement programs.
Please note many Trust interviews take place through Microsoft Teams, this can be downloaded either through the App Store or Google Play for use on your phone/tablet.
Our working hours are usually Monday – Friday between the hours of 0800-1800 on a flexible basis to meet the needs of the service. You may be required to work outside of these hours. Applications for flexible hours will be considered on an individual basis.

You will be work out of a multi professional base so there is opportunity for joint working and collaborative learning across a range of Health Professionals who are supporting and delivering high standards of clinical care. Training opportunities are supported by our Clinical Nurse Specialist, Practice Based Facilitators and Talent for Care team and is actively encouraged by Team Leads. Previous community nursing experience desirable but not essential. Our team is part of the Out of hospital service which provides a 7 day service to the city of Coventry.
