IT Services are currently recruiting a Commercial Manager to join their Commercial Team supporting the Senior Commercial Manager IT Services
The Commercial Manager will provide line support with all Commercial Activities and Commercial Matters across the IT Services Business post contract commencement to contract exit
The successful candidate will operate out of any of our offices dependant on where they reside (Bristol, Reading, London, Leeds OR Manchester)
Responsibilities:
- Work Winning Team: Review of existing Contractual Agreements; Advising Commercial Approvals Process; Attend End Customer/Key Stakeholder/Supplier calls; Commercial Awareness; Advise utilisation of Contract (type) Interpretation & Engagement, Create, Review NDA’s.
- Operational/Delivery Team: Support Contract Re-Negotiation; Risk Profiling; Claims/Disputes; Performance Methodology; Contract Adherence/Deliverables; Change Control; SIP’s; Contract Interpretation; Contracts/Change; Contract Handover; Changes In Law & New Standards/Implementation, Compliance & Adherence; NDA creation/adherence; LOI’s; Security Measures; Audits (customer/internal); DPA Compliance; BCDR Plans; Exit Plans/Management; Service Partner Customer Flow Down Terms; Contract/Project Mobilisation; Financial Reporting/Data Capture.
- Procurement: Service Partner On-Boarding; Manufacturer, Distributer; Supplier Terms Review & Negotiation; Commercial Risks in Delivery i.e. materials/stock & Partner Financial Status; Supplier Performance; Claims & Escalations.
- Financial Modelling: performance/rebate models; risk & opportunity
- Contract Documentation: Support the storage and retention
You will have:
- Minimum 2 years relevant Commercial Manager experience in a similar role; preference from a construction/telephony solutions/ IT technical solutions background
- Commercial Management Diploma / Degree/ICM
- Experience within an IT Services business; Supplier Management background (Desirable)
