Job description
We require a customer-focused IT Technician to support our hardware, software, and data / telecoms networks across our three campuses and satellite centres. The ideal candidate will have relevant trouble-shooting experience within a professional context and a good working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office and Office365 amongst other industry standard software packages.
Experience of Apple Macintosh technical support is an advantage, as is experience of working with learning technologies e.g. interactive whiteboards and Managed Learning Environments.
Please note if you are selected for the next stage in the process, you will be required to attend the College’s premises, unless exceptional circumstances apply. Unfortunately, the College is unable to contribute towards the associated travel costs.
