As a WAITER / WAITRESS you’ll be working over lunch and dinner service of a busy restaurant. Being in a customer-facing role means being on show: we want you to look smart and exude confidence, so our guests feel they’re in safe hands
It’s a great role for meeting people, so good communication skills and a genuine interest in guest conversation will help to boost your job satisfaction
Implement the consistent delivery of superior customer service
Ensure that the restaurant creates a professional impression to customers and other team members
Welcome and greet our guests and provide excellent guest service by understanding the needs of the guest and acting on these needs promptly, effectively and with confidence
Work within the team on duty to ensure that all company standards are met. Your responsibility is to ensure that each guest has a problem free visit without any issues so they can relax and enjoy their time with us
Responsibility must be taken for any problems or queries that arise during your shift, to either resolve them yourself or seek assistance from the Manager
Go out of your way to help our customers and colleagues alike
Have the ability to work as a team and work in a fast paced, exciting environment
Be confident and self-motivated, demonstrate a passionate commitment to the business
Be able to communicate well with people of all levels
Look smart – wear your uniform with pride

You’ll need to be flexible in terms of the hours you work
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 - 30 per week
Salary: £9.50-£11.00 per hour
