IT Technician
Reporting to the Head of IT, you will assist in all daily IT tasks and projects, to ensure IT excellence is met.
We are seeking a qualified professional who will be passionate and engaging in their approach, promote positive cultures and behaviours and manage project programmes to the highest standard. You will be focussing on continuous improvement and meeting and exceeding our clients' expectations.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting and developing knowledge of network and server management
- Assisting with IT hardware and software
- IT support desk requests
- Ensuring reliable running of all PCs, laptops, company devices
- Creating and maintaining network user accounts, email addresses, mobile devices etc
You will be able to demonstrate at least 3 years experience in a similar IT role with knowledge of windows server, environments, Microsoft Exchange TCP/ IP, Microsoft Windows operating systems and have good general computer hardware knowledge.
LOCATION: London, SE1 0HR
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent, 100% office or site-based role

The company does not have a fixed salary scale and will pay an appropriate and fair salary based on experience and abilities.
