This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Technician to join the IT team. The role is a varied one, providing essential support for applications, hardware and networks to ensure business requirements and service guarantees are achieved, supervising allocated staff. You will also act as a technical expert and escalation point for Network and Telephony related activities across the Trust.
You will have a strong, logical approach to problem solving, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with an ability to handle administration tasks with accuracy. With a broad experience of supporting an IT infrastructure with particular emphasis on end user devices and support within an educational environment, you will possess excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with a willingness to learn new skills.
