Job description
We are recruiting for an IT Support Technician to join our established IT team. The Company has 8 regional offices and 2 International Depots, you will be required to support in excess of 350 + users on a daily basis. The Company also has an additional portfolio of Companies that require on-ongoing support on a day to day basis.
This role would be suitable for someone who has finished their apprenticeship and has some industry experience.
The role will be to provide day to day 1st & 2nd Line remote and office-based support to our branch and other business offices. You will be involved in projects and ongoing development within the department.
You will need to be a hardworking individual who has a “can do” attitude to your work. You will need to be adaptable to change and be able to work under pressure often working to tight deadlines. You will be expected to be a strong team player, but also confident in your ability to express your own thoughts and ideas and contribute to the team goals and objectives.

Hours of work are fixed shifts (On Site) between either 7:00am to 3:30pm or 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Salary: Up to £25,000.00 per year
