Regional Manager, Area Manager, Operations Manager – £65 – £75k & CAR & BONUS & USUAL BIG COMPANY BENEFITS.
My client is looking to recruit a high calibre Operations / Area / Regional Manager. On top of a competitive basic salary, the successful candidate should expect significant income potential including bonuses!!
My client is a national operator with a massive customer base, much of which is serviced from a network of over 100 sites located nationwide.
My client is currently looking for an inspirational Regional Manager, Area Manager, Operations Manager to help drive the business forward. Successful applicants should have strong man management skills, a passion for delivering quality service and the ability to lead, motivate, train and retain a team of people. My client are looking for a strategic, highly commercial operator who can provide direction within a fast paced ever changing work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead and motivate your team to maximise sales and to deliver excellent customer service. To manage the area operations to ensure that all area targets are achieved, whilst adhering to Company policies and procedures.
- To maximise sales through effective sales floor management. To proactively use provided propositions & initiatives in order to grow the Company’s market share.
- To lead, coach and motivate your team to deliver excellent customer service standards and to demonstrate 1st class product knowledge that targets the customers’ needs at every opportunity.
- To recruit the right people with the right behaviours in to the right jobs and to ensure they are given access to the right training, from induction through to any specialist training required to do the job better.
- To recruit, guide, train and motivate your people, manage their performance and retain the best people.
- To ensure the region operates efficiently and effectively and that all operational areas are maintained in line with store standards and Company policies and procedures.
- Manage the regions profit & loss account within budget.
- To ensure that policies and procedures in respect of Security and Health and Safety are adhered to in order to provide a safe and secure environment.
- To actively participate in and champion projects as requested.
- You may be required to perform additional tasks and responsibilities in line with the needs of the business, which will be recorded within your performance agreement.
