About our West Yorkshire Primary Schools

In this role you’ll be supporting our 4 West Yorkshire Primary Schools located in Bradford and Shipley:

  • High Crags Primary Leadership Academy.
  • Rainbow Primary Leadership Academy.
  • Barkerend Primary Leadership Academy.
  • Thornbury Primary Leadership Academy.

The business support teams in our schools include experts from a range of professional backgrounds who work together to provide an outstanding support service to the Star community. We support our schools to provide educational and operational excellence and to cultivate a strong Star community, with the aim of nurturing today’s young people and inspiring tomorrow’s leaders.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a talented individual to provide an exceptional business support service to our pupils, teachers and wider stakeholders. As a key member of our school’s business support team, your expertise will help to deliver an outstanding learning environment for our young people.

The successful candidate will be a committed team player with excellent organisational and specialist technical skills. You will have extensive experience of delivering outstanding customer service and possess the ability to develop relationships across our school and the Star community.


You will have:

  • 5 A*-Cs at GCSE level including English and Maths.
  • Experience trouble-shooting software and hardware issues in a timely manner.
  • Experience procuring ICT resources with value-for-money.
  • The ability to procure, install and manage educational and office software.
  • The ability to manage the school’s ICT network –including back-up and recovery of data.
