The Learning Systems Specialist is responsible for delivering projects and maintaining our learning management system (LMS) to support firm-wide learning initiatives and provide the best user experience for the firm's professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain learning collections in the LMS including, but not limited to, curricula and playlists
- Set up and administer learner tools in the LMS
- Maintain LMS course catalog
- Run standard LMS reports and create custom reports as needed
- Create and maintain LMS documentation and provide training and support to Learning & Development team members and others as needed to ensure LMS processes and procedures are understood and followed
- Review patches and system releases; conduct user acceptance testing
- Manage and respond to technical questions and communicate system outages and other alerts as directed
- Manage security roles and permissions for administrators and employees
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of data feeds and integrations with HR systems and other LMS third party systems and tools to maintain data integrity and efficiently troubleshoot data discrepancies
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in a technology or a learning-related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred
- LMS experience; knowledge of course packaging formats (e.g., SCORM, AICC, Tin Can/xAPI) preferred
- Ability to understand problems, think critically, and identify creative solutions
- Proven commitment to providing exceptional client service
- Ability to collaborate and work collaboratively across functions/departments/teams while building trusted relationships and positively influencing others
- Strong organizational skills; able to effectively prioritize assignments with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to producing accurate work in a timely manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate complex issues to others
- Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5%

This is the typical range of pay for the position; however, actual pay may vary based on experience, skillset, and location. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
