Job description
- Assist with the implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) across all Strategic Business Units.
- Participate in the preparation and training of the ATS per SBU
- Assist with the maintenance of the ATS after it has been rolled out to each SBU.
- Monitor project plans and schedules; track individuals’ tasks and follow-up, as needed.
- Maintain working knowledge of all credentialing related systems and platforms to ensure they are working properly for all departments.
- Assist with communicating the overall project status, monitoring and control, including project change, scope, schedule, costs, quality, communications, and risks.
- Exemplify the ESGI core values, desired culture, and philosophies of the organization.
- Assist with creating project presentations and training modules.
- Request and review project updates to ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist project leads in tracking and identifying potential risks and escalating to management, as needed.
- Administer project management software platform and ensure data quality, timeliness and accuracy is maintained.
- Conduct self in a professional manner at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two years of credentialing experience within a healthcare setting including experience working within several Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally, SalesForce, eRecruit, or Target Recruit).
- One year of experience in health information management, preferred.
- Working knowledge of TJC, Federal and State Healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, preferred.

Salary: $65,000 - $72,000
