C2FO is seeking a talented and experienced Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for owning data analysis, curation, and troubleshooting for sales, marketing, and product experiments that drive revenue growth, particularly in the C2FO EMEA region.

This position can be based in London or in Bristol - on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.

Responsibilities:

• Drive analysis for real business decisions and problems, assessing results for campaigns.
• Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Acquire data from primary and secondary sources, maintaining databases and data systems.
• Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly KPI and MIS reports.
• Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Assist in MIS preparation, data analysis, and dashboarding.
• Provide ongoing support in designing and executing new sales tactics, strategies, and campaigns.
• Effectively collaborate with other teams to acquire necessary resources.
• Utilize data skills to solve problems and answer questions.

Preferred Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

• Advanced skills in Salesforce.com.
• Proficiency in marketing platforms such as Marketo and/or Webengage.
• Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Power BI.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Table, Charts, Nested If, Countif, Countifs, Sumif, Sumifs, Sum product, Index, Match, Conditional Formatting, Slicer, etc.
• Python coding experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or related fields

Salary: £60-75k plus 10% annual bonus
