The Role

Territory Studio is looking for a Creative Artworker & Retoucher to join our growing creative advertising team, working across advertising campaigns and associated work within Film & Entertainment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to work on a broad range of films & shows for the likes of Major Studios, Streaming Platforms & Independent Distributors.

Successful candidates must have a strong print portfolio showcasing their talents, with an emphasis on Key Art finishing and campaign adaptations, ideally having experience across both studio and independent releases - and preferably streaming too. They must also show the ability to work well in a team, collaborating, encouraging and inspiring to go further.

REPORTS TO: Creative Director

LOCATION: London (Hybrid working - 3 days in studio / 2 days at home)

CONTRACT: Full-time (40 hours/ week)


Job Description

A Creative Artworker and retoucher for creative advertising is responsible for ensuring the final advertising materials meet the high quality standards established by the agency, clients, and stakeholders. This includes working closely with the art director, designers, and other members of the creative team to ensure that all elements of the campaign are executed with precision and consistency. The Artworker will be responsible for preparing final files for production and ensuring that they meet technical specifications, as well as retouching and color-correcting creative to ensure that they are of the highest quality.


Key responsibilities

  • Ensuring the final Key Art and associated advertising materials meet high quality standards.
  • Finishing, retouching and color-correcting design creative to ensure they are of the highest quality.
  • Working closely with the art director, designers, and other members of the creative team to ensure consistency across all elements of the campaign.
  • Working closely with the account management team to ensure that all booked media is created to spec and accounted for.
  • Preparing final files for production/delivery and ensuring they meet technical specifications.
  • Communicating with printers and other vendors to ensure that the final product is produced to the highest standards.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology.


Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in creative advertising or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator.
  • Strong finishing, retouching and color correction skills.
  • Experience working with printers and other vendors.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates a variety of advertising materials and solutions.
