Oaktree Lodge in Clevedon are looking to recruit care assistants to work alongside other staff in meeting the needs of the residents in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence.

What you need:
- Passion for caring for the elderly at a level that matches our standard of care.
- A caring attitude and a willingness to make a difference
- The ability to provide person-centred care whilst maintaining respect and protecting client dignity.
- Reliability, flexibility and a 'can-do' attitude
- Good communication skills
Work will include:
- Assisting service users with mobility problems and other physical disabilities.
- Assist service users with getting up and going to bed.
- Encouraging people to be as independent as possible.
- Weekend working
