About The Role
As an IT Systems Engineer you will design, develop, manage, and proactively monitor the core network systems across over 10 sites. Working in a team providing high level technical support and guidance to users throughout the group .
In the IT Systems Engineer role, your responsibilities will include providing maintenance for enterprise software systems, web presence and IT applications.
This post requires a high degree of flexibility in the maintenance and development of the core systems, given the need to maximise systems reliability and availability. This may involve undertaking duties outside of the group’s normal operating week to minimise disruption to students and staff using the systems.

About You
As an IT Systems Engineer at EKC group you will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Will be able to demonstrate a logical approach to problem solving and the ability to research solutions independently as well as part of a team.
Have excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff, students and suppliers at different technical levels.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a large WAN environment with Cyber Security experience
Preferably a driver willing to travel to all college sites to deal with IT infrastructure issues as required.
