Role Overview
The Corporate Sales Support Consultant will provide efficient and effective corporate sales support & administration to the corporate new business team. They will work closely with the Telesales manager to ensure optimum use of time, acting as a communicator between the Bupa Global Corporate Sales business, Global Operations, key internal stakeholders, external organisations and third parties.
What you’ll do:
  • Proactively ensure all BGUK corporate prospecting activity is logged accurately on Salesforce and CRM systems
  • Support BG Heads of UK Sales with the development of corporate Pitch / RFP material and marketing collateral for BGUK corporate new business opportunities
  • Work alongside the corporate implementation team to facilitate seamless on-boarding & coordination of any new business acquisitions
  • Support BG Heads of UK Sales in ensuring compliance business requirements are met when conducting corporate UK new business activities taking into account any requirements from the UK regulators and/or any applicable local regulatory requirements such as IDD, KYC and Demands and Needs documentation
  • Form effective relationships with key intermediaries providing propositional support when required and to champion Bupa’s service proposition to help establish Bupa as the preferred international healthcare provider
What you’ll bring:
  • Sales experience within an international arena.
  • Experience of new business processes and knowledge of account management are essential.
  • Self-motivated, articulate and numerate with an ability to negotiate and deal with people at all levels both internally and externally.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Understanding of corporate business essential
