Job description
Reporting to the Information Technology Director, the successful candidate will help ensure our business continues to maintain and grow our technology footprint in a safe and secure manner. This individual would be responsible for managing and maintaining server applications, moves, adds, changes to secure our front-line devices (workstations, laptops, cell phones), problem resolution, and assist in the training and development of PURE staff, including documentation. The IT Systems Analyst would be expected to assist in the design and build of solutions to meet the organizational needs.
The IT Support Analyst will need to be able to multitask as there is never a dule moment in the casino environment. Although this is an onsite position, the successful candidate will provide technical support to team members across multiple locations. The successful candidate will hold a high value in delivering superb quality service and will be proactive in problem resolution.
Job Description
- Ensuring that all online systems and application service levels are maintained.
- Provide prompt day-to-day support using effective professional communications.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, productivity tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams, VMWare, and Microsoft Azure, including both Windows 365 and Office 365.
- Onboarding and offboarding employees.
- Support of Windows 10 and 11; which includes imaging, configuration, and deployment of both desktops and laptops.
- User maintenance in Active Directory.
- Set up network printers and copiers.
- Coordinating with vendors when necessary.
- Basic network troubleshooting and management.
- Manage trouble ticket queue: open, update, and close tickets as work is completed.
- Moves, adds, changes of various IoT devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve various file and print issues.
- Implement technology solutions based on organizational requirements.
- Monitor and maintain cyber security compliancy that aligns with IT policies and procedures.
- Create new reports and dashboards using industry standards and best practices.
- Azure and Active Directory Administration, including user account administration and resource control.
- Maintaining a high knowledge of existing and upcoming technologies and trends.
- Some travel will be required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT support role.
- Ability to plan and manage a variety of projects.
- Competency in responding quickly and effectively when problems arise.
- Capacity to apply critical thinking to avoid common mistakes and risks.
- Communication skills to explain systems to other employees in a way that is easy to understand.
- Working knowledge and experience in the following tools/technologies, including but not limited to:
- Windows/Server environment, Windows operating systems, vSphere.
- Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, Intune.
- Proven computer hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to provide technical support, deployment, configuration, and installation of computer systems.
- Installation and support of software packages, drivers, plug-ins, service packs, and security patching, etc.
- Prioritize own work activities with minimal guidance and coaching.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English).
- Ability to multi-task, take initiative, and communicate priorities.
- Valid Drivers License and own transportation.

- Physically and mentally fit to perform the duties of the position (may be required to lift, move, push, or pull objects weighing up to 30 kilograms).
- Ability to work on his/her feet for a complete shift while constantly bending, stretching, walking, lifting or moving things.
