As the IT Systems Administrator you will be technically hands-on and provide up to 3rd Line level support for around 100 end users. You will need to hold strong Infrastructure and Networking skills to be able to get stuck in and provide an all-encompassing IT role. You will support the Head of IT.
This role entails two key components; first, delivering on the core responsibilities of an IT department; and the second, actively participating in shaping and expanding the IT function.

The IT Manager’s key responsibilities:
· Act as initial escalation point for IT, providing technical support to all staff
· Working closely with the Head of IT to deliver business goals and objectives
· Maintain/improve service delivery and effectiveness of IT to the business
· Support of all networking infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and VPN
· Project manage upgrades, installs and new technology testing
· Managing IT projects, ensuring that timelines are communicated and followed to deliver projects on time
· On-going incremental enhancement of the Company’s infrastructure, from security to business continuity, disaster recovery and advising on IT products to ensure that IT is robust and reliable
· Ensure the IT systems are maintained at a standard to ensure availability to staff during working hours
· Ensure all aspects of IT are compliant with current requirements for legal and security requirements
· Provide support for ecommerce websites and marketplaces
Ideal Candidate will have:
· At least 4 years experience working in a similar role
· Degree in a computer related course (preferable)
· Microsoft certifications (preferable)
· Experience in detailed technical troubleshooting equipment/software/networking/DNS/WiFi/Server AD/Windows/Microsoft Products
· Experience in AD, MDM, Backup & Storage
· Knowledge of databases, SQL and data queries
· Well-developed skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Be self-motivated and happy to work autonomously
· Forward thinking mindset when it comes to technology
This is an on-site based role.

Hours / Working Pattern:
· 37.5 hours per week
· Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 16:30 hrs (30 mins unpaid lunch)
