Job description
We are looking for Team Members (Both Kitchen & FOH) to join our store in Bright North Street!
We are a casual restaurant providing a variety range of contemporary Asian infused food, from fresh handmade sushi to hot food such as Chicken Katsu Curry, which has been extremely popular.
Preferred Candidates:
- Can be available to work on at least 3 days per week.
- Can be flexible, and able to do closing shift.
- Can be able to work at least 20 hours per week as Par-Time OR 30 hours as Full- Time.
- Keys to succeed in your role will be enthusiasm, dedication and resilience.
- Potential Candidates must have a great attitude and be willing to learn from their managers.

Kitchen Duties (full training provided):
- Cut chicken & marinate.
- Cook various dishes at KOKORO.
- Prepare vegetables.
- Maintain hygiene & food safety measures.
FOH (full training provided):
- Roll sushi.
- Prepare ingredients for the next day.
- Maintain hygiene & food safety measures.
- Sushi setting in their respective boxes.
- Customer Service.
Working hours: Flexible
Disclaimer: Salary is depending on age and experience & higher salaries are reserved for management positions of the stores. Subject to change according to national minimum wage.
- 18-19: £8.60
- 20-22: £10.20
- 23 over: £10.50
Salary may increase depending on your completed trainings, on job abilities, attitude at work, which will result in a promotion.
