Applications are invited for an individual who wishes to join our Administration Team within the multidisciplinary Adult Community Mental Health Team.
As the successful applicant, you will provide administrative service and reception duties to our multi-disciplinary Teams within Perth City. Excellent communication, IT, keyboard and typing skills, and a tactful and courteous manner (ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with efficiently) are essential as is a positive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
The ability to prioritise workload, work to tight time scales and work on your own or as part of the wider team will be essential. You will also be required to achieve the mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.

Hours of work are: 37.5 Hours. Core Team hours cover Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm
