The team/department
The FCA’s Technology function provides pivotal service and integral infrastructure across the organisation, that underpins the expanse of work we do as a public facing body and digital platform, as well as co-leading the transformation and innovation drive to the FCA becoming a data and intelligence led regulator. The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Product Group operates within Technology and is accountable for all operate/run/change aspects of a range of SaaS products to support HR, Finance, Risk, Project Management and Technology users.
What you will be doing (the role)
Work within an Agile delivery team to design and deliver technology solutions to meet Business requirements
Manage the delivery of product changes including deployments, integrations and upgrades
Troubleshoot and resolve technical Product issues
The skills and experience you will have
Working under Agile software delivery methodologies and using Agile delivery tools like Jira
Coding experience (e.g. Java, JavaScript, Python, CSS)
Delivering API integrations
Ability to develop and operate reliable, well-designed, well-tested systems
SaaS Product Configuration experience (e.g. Jira)
Strong attention to detail and technical problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with different types of stakeholders across the business
Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
Experience with IT Service Management best practice – an understanding of ITIL practices.
Minimum

Hands on experience in system administration
Experience in managing a backlog and working in agile centric environments
Experience with IT Service Management best practice – an understanding of ITIL practices.
Excel skills for data manipulation, analysis and reporting.
Essential
Experience of Agile/Developer practices and toolsets (e.g. Jira)
Ability to absorb, understand and provide support for multiple systems and related technologies.
An understanding of Product Management and Delivery
Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
Strong planning skills with the ability to prioritise own workload
Ability to communicate effectively with different types of stakeholders across the business
Desirable
Prior admin experience of one or more of Clarizen, CAMMs Risk, Jira
Experience with implementing, supporting, or developing custom SaaS configurations

The salary range in London is up to £75,000 per annum plus a competitive benefits package, including a non-contributory pension
The salary range in Edinburgh & Leeds is up to £67,000 per annum plus a competitive benefits package, including a non-contributory pension
