About the Role
We are looking for skilled IT Support Engineers to join our progressive team in London on a 12-month rolling contract basis, with many of our engineers working with us for over 10 years.

We are an IT Services Provider exclusively supporting the Education Sector.
We provide a comprehensive range of IT services to the education sector across London and Suffolk. This includes full support of network infrastructure, installations and maintenance, IT suite refurbishments and remote backup services.
Key Responsibilities:
- The role involves providing on-site technical support and advice to the clients
- Support clients on the potential for school infrastructure project work based in Schools
- Currently support schools in different boroughs so traveling to client sites will be required
Required Skills:
- Strong IT Support skills, and ability to work diversely
- Strong Customer Services Skills

- Office 365 Administration including Microsoft Teams

IT Support Job Description
Duties:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Respond to queries either in person, over the phone, or via email
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and licenses
- Manage security solutions, including firewall, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems
- Troubleshoot issues with network connectivity
- Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
- Test new technology and provide feedback to the team
- Analyze logs and identify potential issues with computer systems
Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of Mac OS X and Windows operating systems
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols, LAN/WAN environments, VPNs, and mobile devices
- Experience with Windows Server administration
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to diagnose hardware and software problems quickly and accurately
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
