Due to expansion of the Web and IT team, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Support Technician to provide a fast and responsive IT support service to internal teams based at Head Office in Salford and remotely Nationwide. This position is an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in the latest technology and further develop your career.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in a Microsoft desktop support environment and be able to build and support desktops, laptops and install and maintain complex software packages. ITIL foundation qualification or good sound knowledge of service management principles is a must, along with a passion and for IT, general technology and computing.
