Job description
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
- Assist with network administration tasks, such as configuring routers and switches
- Set up and support VPN connections for remote users
- Provide desktop support for both Windows and Mac OS environments
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Experience with Active Directory administration and user management
- Familiarity with SCCM for software deployment and patch management
- Knowledge of VPN setup and configuration
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
