Our client is a highly reputable specialist within the insurance market. They have been a market leader for many years and are currently on the lookout for an exceptional IT Support Engineer to provide IT and AV support, training and advice to users and to resolve IT and AV system problems. The successful candidate will be expected to be able to deal effectively with all IT tasks, whilst always operating to the standards and rules of the company standards and policies and possess excellent relationship management.
We are seeking a passionate IT Support Engineer who has experience in hardware set up and installation, the configuration of IT equipment for new users, helpdesk and assisting in the running of the IT Helpdesk to resolve user problems. Excellent communication skills are expected in order to support users and related systems and provide one-to-one diagnosis of end user devices, hardware and software. The successful candidate will also be comfortable providing one-to-one entry level training for the Microsoft 365 suite of products, Teams, Outlook, Office 365, etc. and providing AV support for meetings.
