- Represent HARMAN brands as liaison for Sales and administration activities related to product availability, quotation/perform invoices, order processing, product shipment, account status, and after-sale follow-up.
- Support the RSMs efforts in accounts that have potential and would benefit from increased Harman touches.
- Present current promotion working to drive Harman specifications
- Conduct outbound calls and Opportunity development through direct relationships at medium-level accounts.
- Proactively resolve outstanding customer issues to ensure brand loyalty.
- Work closely with sales teams and technical resources to achieve sales, margin, and assigned profit goals.
- Manage inbound inquiries for sales-related topics.
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting support for the region on sales activities, pipeline, revenue vs. target, etc.
- Support Sales team by following up with customers on various items, updating CRM system with all sales activities, including managing the pipeline through a defined sales process.
- Minimum 3 years of Inside Sales or Customer Service Experience
- Experience using a CRM system
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Excellent communications skills
- Superior follow-up and attention to detail skills
- Strong ability in problem resolution, team building, and dealing with ambiguity.
- Experience with MS Dynamics and/or Salesforce
- Experience using BI Analytics
- Excellent team working, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus
- Audio/ Video Inside sales experience
- Be willing to work remotely in home office
- Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment
