Job title: Sales Development Representative
Salary: £30,000 Basic + £20,000 OTE
Location: London, hybrid working environment
Our client is a SaaS Start-Up Company that is looking for 2 SDRs to start a brand-new team. The company sells a conversation intelligence platform that enables businesses to build their own digital assistants without having to use code. These digital assistants are then used to communicate with customers in real time and reduce the need for phone calls and email. one of their biggest clients is football team AS Roma. This companies' technology enabled AS Roma to build a Facebook messenger chatbot that could answer all customer queries about scores, matches and even enable them to buy tickets. The platform integrates seamlessly with other platforms within a business, enabling these digital assistants to do things like process payments, renew subscriptions and book tickets.
The Company raised additional funding as part of its Seed round last year, rebranded the organisation and launched new features to the platform. They are now ready to attack the market and are looking for energetic and positive SDRs to join the team. The SDRs will be reporting directly into the Company Founder and will be going into the office with him 2.5 days a week. They are a very flexible company and offer unlimited holiday and work from anywhere once employees have passed probation. The SDRs will be generating leads and booking meetings for the Founder to close. You will have lots of client exposure and will get to shadow the founder on meetings and learn lots about the business.
The basic salary for this role is £30,000 and the commission is £20,000 in the first year. You will be eligible for share options after the first year. This Company is on a mission to become a Unicorn by 2030 and has a very clear roadmap about how it is going to get there.
