Your responsibilities
- First and Second line IT support to all employees of UK and EMEA, Assists users with day-to-day functionality and efficiency
- Identify, manage, and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Provides IT support for laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, and cellular devices
- Provide technical support in various environments with different systems and technologies for both hardware and software issues faced by our users
- As an operation engineer, you use your experience and general IT knowledge to carry out the assignments
- Identity User Management, creating, modifying, and deleting users
- Keep the customer happy!
Your profile
- Professional bachelor’s degree in IT environment or equivalent through experience.
- Several years of relevant workplace experience (2 years minimum)
- Excellent technical knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Laptop troubleshooting; Active Directory; experience with ticketing systems; Microsoft 365 apps for enterprise; Experience with Windows 10
- Correct diagnosis, organizational and accurate with regard to administration, punctual and orderly
- Customer-friendly with a service attitude and striving for high customer satisfaction
- Independent &, structured, taking responsibility
- Stress-resistant ability to keep an overview and to be flexible when the situation calls for it
- You are communicative and look forward to a job with variety and customer contact.
- You like to work in a team and share your knowledge with your colleagues.
