Our Performance Media team sits within our Marketing department and are responsible for driving forward the paid media strategy for Boots UK, covering performance marketing channels such as PPC, Affiliates, Display and Paid Social.
As an Affiliates Specialist you will be a key member of the Performance Media team, joining us at a time of exciting and accelerated growth within the Affiliate channel
About the role:
Reporting to, and working closely with the Affiliates Manager, this role will be responsible for delivering the marketing plan for the Boots UK Affiliate programme, as well as supporting the planning and development of the channel strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the implementation of Affiliate marketing campaigns for Boots, from planning to delivery.
- Measurement and reporting of the Affiliate channel, including: performance and sales reports, spend forecasts, and market/competitor research.
- Responsibility for accurate budget management in line with business targets; planning and booking tenancy placements and monitoring publisher commission.
- Day to day contact for our Affiliate network (Awin), top publishers and other third-party partnerships, ensuring they’re acting on priorities and meeting objectives.
- Supporting the development and delivery of the long-term Affiliate strategy whilst keeping up to date with latest Affiliates, industry developments, technologies and trends, to inform ways in which the business can leverage these for growth.
A bit about you:
- A competent Affiliate marketing specialist with experience in a similar role and a passion for delivering channel growth.
- Proficient and confident in managing large scale media budgets.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, confident in using data and insight to drive performance, and in building and delivering plans.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder management – talented in engaging, influencing and holding to account: team, peers, senior stakeholders and third parties.
