Summary:
Eligible candidate will be part of a team supporting a group of 21 hotels and office locations within zone 1-4 in London. You will be first line of support and the foot on ground supporting our staff and guest.
Job Tasks:
- Be the first point of contact for all IT issues.
- Providing onsite technical assistance for events to help our guest to connect their equipment’s to property IT Infrastructure or use our inhouse equipment’s.
- Assisting our guest on the in-room entertainment system like TV, Tablets, Sky, IPTV, Audio system, Wi-fi etc.
- Coordinate with our central Helpdesk team and provide any assistance to them on any site related tasks and duties.
- Perform IT Asset maintenance tasks.
- Verify Assets are working fine and in tally with the asset management software.
- Candidate should be willing to travel between sites at short notice within London.
- Candidate should be flexible to work in any shift timings based on the department requirements.
- Other adhoc IT tasks given to you by the HOD.
Requirements:
- You need to be customer centric.
- Understanding of IT equipment’s like Laptop, Desktop, Tablets, Mobile phones, printers etc
- Good Knowledge of managing and connecting Audio/Video and other conferencing equipment’s.
- Practical experience of installing and terminating CAT5/6 cabling.
- Basic knowledge of VLAN’s and traffic routing.
- Working knowledge in Installing and configuring Network devices/ Desktops/Laptops/Audio Equipment’s
