Job Title: Project Manager
Reports to: Contracts Manager (Day-to-Day) & Regional Director (Monthly)
Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Project Manager to take the helm of our upcoming projects from pre-construction to post-construction phases. The Project Manager will have overarching responsibility for the safe and timely completion of projects within budget, fulfilling and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Construction/PCSA:
- Lead the design phase and interface with Construction and Commercial Directors.
- Appoint and manage consultants, ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Oversee design and procurement programs, obtaining necessary approvals.
- Implement and maintain project quality plans during the design and construction phases.
- Coordinate project quality document distribution.
Construction Phase:
- Assume control over design consultants and initiate further procurements as needed.
- Develop project plans adhering to design specifications, budget, and timeline.
- Agree upon project budget and construction program with upper management.
- Maintain Environmental Health & Safety standards on the project.
- Oversee design management, ensuring constructability issues are addressed.
- Coordinate construction resources and monitor subcontractor appointments.
- Handle both formal and informal client communications.
Post-Construction:
- Coordinate purchaser pre-settlement inspections and defect liability periods.
- Arrange for operational assistance for end-user owners.
- Conduct post-construction review meetings.
Commercial Specifics:
- Assemble Project Team and manage subcontractor appointments.
- Handle supply and materials procurement.
ISO Requirements:
- Comply with the ISO QEHS Management System, adhering to department processes and procedures.
- Understand and apply QEHS policies.
- Contribute to departmental KPIs and organizational objectives.
- Assist in improving internal processes through corrective actions and innovative ideas.

Qualifications:
- CSCS Card
- First Aid Certification
- COINS, Procore, Manual Handling, MS Project and Aconex proficiency.
- Experience in managing safely in construction.
