The job responsibilities include:
· Ensuring Servers & PC’s have updates applied promptly
· Password Management
· Liaise with IT Support Company on Local user account management
· Liaise with IT Support Company to resolve Local server management of filesystem, printers, and backups
· Setup and configure company PCs (OSD)
· Educating users on issues and solutions
· IT asset management
· Security management / maintain disaster recovery plans / support audit preparations
· Assisting on Application Enhancement/development projects
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Milton Keynes: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Technical support (preferred)
