Job description
Reporting to the IT Manager in a small but very busy IT Team. The primary responsibility will be first line support for desktop and laptop computers.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- New computer (desktop & laptop) builds and redeployment
- Providing first line support for desktop & laptop issues
- Providing first line support for Office 365
- Providing support for MFD’s
- Windows 10 support
- Managing user accounts
- Mobile device management
Requirements:
- Strong working (demonstrable) knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, Sophos AV, Active Directory
- O level or GCSE A-C standard grades
- Maths
- English
- Science
You must currently hold the right to work in the UK – proof is required for as part of our shortlisting stage
Operating Environment
Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00
Friday’s 08:30 – 14:30
30 minutes is provided for lunch
