Job description

Kelly's Market is looking for a professional Cook to work 7-11 Monday-Friday to prepare food to the chef’s exact specifications and to set up stations for menu.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

Working with the team in the correct and proper way.

Reporting to the Kitchen Supervisor.

WHAT THEY DO

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety procedures.
• Follow hygiene rules.
• Ensure the kitchen is ready for the next day's trade.
• Assist in food preparation such as cutting ingredients, peeling, and washing food

items.

• Cleaning of workplace and equipment.
• Maintaining the food storage areas such as freezers and refrigerators.
• Receiving deliveries and organizing them in the kitchen and storage areas.
• Providing assistance to the Kitchen Cooks and other kitchen staff as needed.
• Conduct daily tasting sessions to allow customers to sample menu items and receive

feedback.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

Salary: £10.50 per hour
