Trainee Pharmacy Dispenser
Are you enthusiastic, hardworking, conscientious and someone with the interest to learn, if so, we are looking for a Pharmacy administration assistant to join the team at chipping Norton pharmacy.
We currently have part time position of 24 hours available
The hours will be;
Monday 8:30 -18:30
Wednesday 14:00 - 20:00
and 2 in 4 saturdays 9;30 - 15:30
and every Sunday 10;30 - 16:30
No previous experience is necessary
The role will include:
- Provide a high standard of customer service, in order to attract and retain customers.
- Receive and check in prescriptions, ensuring details are legible and complete and collecting appropriate levy or verifying exemption.
- To promote products and services, in order to maximise branch sales
- Refer customers on to other healthcare professionals, including the pharmacist, following the Standard Operating Procedure for Sign-Posting
- Receive incoming stock and store it correctly, completing documentation, minimising damage and effectively rotating stock to minimise expired stock, notifying suppliers of any discrepancies
- Carry out good housekeeping procedures regularly and effectively, including duties on any cleaning rota
- Perform cashing up and banking duties

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary: £10.97-£12.64 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
