IT Support Analyst
Our client who is a specialist Security Integrator providing market-leading software solutions based on Microsoft technologies are looking for a IT Support Analyst to join them. Their expertise is in providing IPCCTV and access control and intruder solutions to enterprise-level clients, delivering highly customized solutions.

To be considered for this role you will need to be a highly skilled and motivated application IT Support Analyst / IT Engineer.
Desirable skills include;
- Network support experience including routers, switches, wireless LAN, VLAN, ACLs, IP subnetting and VPNs, preferably in a Cisco or Juniper environment.
- MS Windows desktop and server support including VMs.
- Server and desktop hardware maintenance including RAID.
- Exposure to SQL database technology preferably TSQL and MS SQL Server.
- Work autonomously or as part of a small team.
You will;
- In this role, you will report directly to the IT Support Manager and play a crucial role in supporting security engineers to ensure the smooth operation of clients' security systems.
- Provide technical support for clients' security systems including IPCCTV, VoIP, network devices, clients and servers.
- Configure and support RMM software.
- Perform scheduled maintenance both remotely and with on-site visits.
- Work with our in-house developer to develop and test bespoke solutions.
- Install, configure, and test software solutions and third party integrations.
- Develop and document solutions and processes.
Remuneration
- £30,000.00- £35,000 basic.
