As one of the fastest growing providers of private bariatric healthcare in the UK, we are looking for a Team Administrator to join our team and provide administrative support to our staff working remotely. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling meetings, managing the booking process, managing calendars, assisting the director with administrative tasks, speaking to patients and members of our clinical team and external facilites on the phone regulalry, and general administrative assistance. The ideal candidate should have excellent organisational skills, be able to multitask and work independently, and have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels. The candidate has to be highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows and be familiar with CRM systems.
Responsibilities:
- Organise and maintain patient records.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Manage the booking process for each patient.
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the team.
- Organise and manage team events and activities.
- Assist with budgeting and financial management.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
