Desktop Support Analyst | Hampshire | Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm | £22,000 - £24,000 per year, depending on experience
Saphire Computers Limited has been established for over 20 years providing comprehensive IT support, bespoke software development and consultancy
Due to the ongoing expansion of our business, we are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Analyst to join our existing team.
The successful candidate will earn £22,000 - £24,000 per year, depending on skills and experience.
Are you the right person for us?
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in an IT helpdesk or service desk position
- A good working knowledge of all Windows desktop operating systems
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and Exchange Server administration
- A good working knowledge of Office 365
- A good understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration
- The ability to demonstrate a strong customer focus
- Excellent problem-solving, fault diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- The ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
What will your role as a Desktop Support Analyst look like?
- You will be the first point of contact for our clients providing telephone and email support
- Your role will involve logging all queries, resolving them where possible and escalating them when appropriate
