Opportunity for a 1st Line IT Support Analyst for IT MSP based Newport, South Wales

Role - You will be first contact point for customers, logging and triaging tickets via phone, email, or portal. Responsible for initial investigation to diagnose and fix issues and escalating as required to 2nd / 3rd line teams. Service Desk-based tasks include - triaging calls relating to incident management, break-fix fault resolution, conducting service and change requests etc. Support and in-scope systems include physical servers, network devices, virtualised environments, and workstations.
To be considered for this role you will need to come from an IT managed service background, or an IT technical support role, with working experience of:
- IT Service Management Process
- Understanding of the difference between P1, P2 and P3, and experience of using a ticketing system
- Active Directory Management
- Office 365 Admin
Admin of 3rd Party hosted email filters and SharePoint would be advantageous.
