We’re on the lookout for an outstanding Supervisor or as we like to call them Team Member Pros
Our indoor rainforests are immersive destinations, where every moment is an opportunity for our guests to create treasured memories.
Our first mini golf destination, Treetop Adventure Golf, opened at St David’s shoppingcentrein Cardiff in 2015. Since then, we’ve opened sites at Manchester Printworks, at Highcross, Leicester and at Bullring, Birmingham. We have a fantastic pipeline of sites and we’re ready for our next phase of expansion.

Could you be who we’re looking for?
We’re recruiting for a Supervisor to help lead a fantastic team who go above and beyond and believe that every detail really matters and provide outstanding experiences for every guest, every time.
We’re looking for an experienced Supervisor from the leisure, F&B or hospitality industry who loves having a varied role and taking responsibility for all aspects of an operation.
Do you have minimum 1 years of experience in a supervisor role?
Have you got a fun, positive and welcoming personality?
Are you respectful, caring and considerate to those around you?
Do you love to engage and connect with people to ensure they have the best possible experience?
Do you go above and beyond to anticipate people’s needs and wants before they ask?
Are you always looking to find ways to improve how things are done?
Are you open to receiving feedback and expanding your skills with support and training?
Do you understand the importance of processes and setting standards in making sure every guest has a safe and consistently great experience?
Have you got the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays?.
The role
Carrying out all management duties when on a supervising shift
Upholding the standards and way of doing things set out in “How-To” Guides
Effectively and efficiently managing shifts to respond to guest patterns, needs, and wants
Supporting the Managers to review and improve how we do things
Helping ensure everywhere is kept spotless and well-maintained
Managing stock levels and building supplier relationships
What we’ll offer
