Meraki Talent’s asset management client are looking for a Junior IT Support Analyst to join the team. The company has gone through a steady period of growth and are now looking for additional support within the IT Team.
The role will be to provide IT Support to all staff within the organization and are looking for someone with strong understanding of computer systems who also has excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities of the IT Support Analyst
- Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support, promptly addressing support queries through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Taking ownership of user problems and taking a proactive approach in resolving all user issues.
- Installing and configuring new computer systems and related equipment for end users.
- Escalating more complex issues to the appropriate IT team member.
- Assisting users in their ongoing utilization of computer equipment by offering additional training and advice as needed.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Strong working knowledge PC hardware set up
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft products and operating systems
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong ability to multitask and organizational skills
